How does cloud computing differ from a hosted server?

One of the key differences is you are not limited by the specification of the hosted server. Instead you have unlimited resources to work with in terms of storage and compute.

What types of applications/services can run on the cloud?

You can run practically any application or software that runs in a virtual machine or container.

What is Quadris Cloud?

Quadris Cloud is a high performance, secure, and stable compute, storage and network platform, with greater emphasis on control, visibility of costs, and personal support. It is defined as a “Public Cloud” platform using the NIST definition of cloud computing (click here).

How is Quadris Cloud different from Azure or AWS?

Quadris Cloud offers a better performance versus price than Azure or AWS. It also offers a much greater level of personal support.

How does pricing work?

We offer transparent pay-as-you-go pricing, so you only pay for what you use. No hidden fees. No egress charges.

Can Quadris Cloud integrate with other platforms?

Yes, Quadris Cloud offers low-latency, high-speed connections, making integration with other major cloud platforms seamless.

How easy is it to migrate data in and out of Quadris Cloud?

Very easy. Quadris will help establish network links into your current hosting provider, or into your on-premise infrastructure and then help you migrate your workloads into our cloud. And since you don’t pay for data transfer into or out of Quadris Elastic or Reserved Cloud, you won’t be stung with a huge bill at the end of the migration.

What are the charges for transferring data to and from Quadris Cloud?

None – we don’t charge for transferring data.

Standard support with the platform comes at no additional cost. An optional higher level of platform support is also available and we also offer a full managed service of your tenant network.

Yes – we have advanced migration tools that can provide rapid migration with minimal downtime.
