Platform Support Services
Quadris Cloud Platform Support provides operational and technical support for the core Quadris Cloud platform, including the shared infrastructure, management plane, and native cloud services used to deliver customer tenant environments.
This service applies to the Quadris Cloud platform itself, not to customer-specific tenant workloads, operating systems, or applications. Tenant support is provided separately under our Tenant Managed Services.
Quadris Cloud Platform Support is available in two tiers:
- Standard Platform Support
- Enterprise Platform Support
Tenant managed services
Quadris provides a complete set of Managed Services for customers of Quadris Cloud should they require them. These services apply to the customer’s own tenant resources, including virtual machines, operating systems, storage, networking, and backup services provisioned within Quadris Cloud. Services include:

Limited remote access to critical systems
Access to core Quadris Cloud management and maintenance systems is limited to security cleared Quadris engineers, with access only available via a secure connection. All access has full audit logging of each engineer’s activities.
Government clearance
Selected Quadris employees have been cleared to UK Government Security Check (SC) clearance, providing them with uncontrolled access to Secret assets and supervised access to Top Secret assets.
